My baby has a woobie. The boys have never been attached to anything, really. They never really took a pacifier (thank goodness) or had a special lovey or anything, but Landon is now attached to a bathtoy. It is a ball that squirts water and has a fish face. You should see him when he gets in the bath and sees it. He gets SOOO excited. Then, for the rest of the night, he has to be holding that ball or else he will cry. Luckily we have several of them! He really loves that thing.
He is also saying mama a lot now. I think he's learned that he'll get what he wants if he says it :)
I just saw a great idea on a website - put your child in an adult-size t-shirt each year on their birthday and see how they grow! We're going to have to do that - I think it's a great idea!
All kids need a 'woobie'!
