I know they look happy, which is kind of weird, but that's because they had NO CLUE what was going on. We expected a few questions and maybe even some sadness once they saw people crying at the funeral, but they were completely unaware. They goofed off just like they always do. It was nice to have them to love on when we got sad though. They will ask "where's Nonna?" whenever we're around Poppa because Nonna and Poppa go together like peanut butter and jelly, but they do not understand the finality of the fact that she's gone to heaven.
We love you Nonna and we sure will miss you.
