Update on previous post

I will be honest. I did not make it through the day without complaining. I had a trying afternoon and I let it get the best of me. I did not get a chance to read my daily devotion this morning b/c of a meeting at school, so just 5 minutes ago I sat down for the first time today, opened my laptop, and began reading.

Perfect. Timing. God.

See, I quickly forgot to be thankful today as soon as trials and tribulations stood in my way. I had a disappointing appointment with a new neurologist (I expected her to cure me and that didn't happen - not even close), I drove halfway home only to have to turn around and go to a *different* doctor to get a *different* opinion on what is wrong with me, I had a nice little conversation with Barnes and Noble since they have shown me horrible customer service, I took the boys to Target to get milk and walked out WITHOUT milk - the boys are either really good in a store and I get 50% of my list or they are really bad in a store and I get 5%. Today I got 5%. Then we get home and things just fall apart. Too much to do, too little time. Anyway, now that I have complained EVEN MORE.....let me get to my point. It is now 7:30pm, the boys are in bed, Steven is bowling and I sit down to read my devotional.....and here it is......

Perfect timing, right?

  1. His timing is always perfect! Call me if you ever want to complain. (You know I'll do the same- I always do!) And you're a GREAT mom!
