We had an eventful weekend. Friday night I took Peyton to the grocery store with me. Relatives have a hard time only taking one child somewhere but I'm their mom - I don't have time to feel guilty about it! I just choose whichever one is happier at the moment and leave the other one at home w/daddy :) I love taking one child somewhere. It is so much easier b/c they can ride in the front of the basket and I feel like it's good bonding time. Peyton has started this new thing though where he sticks his tongue out at everyone and makes a farting noise. Well, his dad thinks it's hilarious but when the little old lady at the store comes up to us and is gushing about how cute he is it's not very cute when he goes "THHHHHHHHHH" right in her face.

Saturday we took the boys to an easter egg hunt at one of my student's farm. It was great. There were over 2,000 eggs, lots of animals to pet, and games galore. The boys will enjoy it more the older they get but it was still fun. They do it every year so we'll definitely go again.

Then the boys went to grandma and granddaddy's to spend the night so that Steven and I could go to a friend's 30th b-day celebration. They got to go to Target and pick out a toy and then go eat at Perkins. We had a great time at the party and got to sleep in a little on Sunday.

Now it's back to the grind for a 4-day week since Friday is Good Friday. Thinking about going to the zoo this weekend since it's supposed to be beautiful. We're going to go ahead and get a zoo membership.
