Sitter

We have officially hired a new sitter. This is not something we take lightly - I look at my sitters as family. We were never convinced we had the best sitter and definitely didn't feel as though she were part of our family, but we did think she was competent and we never had any serious doubts about the quality of care she was giving our children. However, lately some things have really been bothering us and we felt we needed a change in order to provide the best care for our children. I had interviewed a girl (I say "girl" b/c she's my age and "lady" makes her sound old) a while back but we didn't want to make a change if it wasn't really necessary. Again, I look at my sitter as family and I hated uprooting the boys and getting them used to a new environment. So anyway, I decided it was time to call and see if she still had any spots available. So I called her today and she was thrilled that we were still looking for someone. She has 2 spots available and can't wait to start. We're going to start right after spring break. I am SO excited about this. Her home is so inviting and she is so sweet. I think she's going to do a great job. I can definitely see the boys loving her!
