I'm participating in my first consignment sale. Wish me luck! I've priced the items at 30% of retail. I earn 70% of everything I sell. So hopefully I will still come out better than selling these items (my nicer things) in a garage sale. I'll still be having a garage sale this spring to sell my cheaper items, I just hated the thought of selling Gymboree and Gap clothing for $1 an item at a yard sale. I also want to sell my big items (bedding, bathtub, swing, etc.) in the consignment sale b/c I know I'll make more that way. I'll let ya know how it goes!
